2 hours from order to delivery!!! Even though said 40 minutes on app! Food was warm and tastes good.

Food was luke warm on collection, clearly made up way before the selected collection time. Food wasn't that nice compared to other kebab places I've tried

Great food delivered on time

I placed an order to delivered at 19.00. Order still hadn't arrived by 29.20, so phoned the restaurant for an update. I was told by the person that answered my call that she would phone the driver for an update. A few minutes later I received a call back from the restaurant saying the driver would be a few minutes. At 19.30 there was a knock on my door. I answered to be greeted by the delivery driver, who handed me my order. I said "Cheers, it's only 30 minutes late" to which he replied on a angry voice, "well order from another restaurant". I replied "I was just saying the order was late" to which he yelled at me " well order from another fucking restaurant"! & he stormed off back in his car. Very bad customer service from him.

ordered 4 pizzas was a wee bit late but that could be because of road clousers and it was a friday night pizzas were good and still warm would recomed tonys to my friends thanks guys

We tried a lot of calzone places, Tony's has the most delicious calzone and more. Next time, only in Tony's!

Food came earlier than expected and nice hot. Everything cooked well and tasted great.

I ordered a medium donner kebab & a special pizza yesterday. It arrived a few minutes early which is not a big deal. When I opened the pizza to pick up a slice the toppings fell off & the dough slice broke in my hand. I picked up 2 more slices & the same thing happened .Usually the food is excellent from Tony's but on this occasion poor quality.

Wasn't your fault.. some other address took our delivery.. Ok driver should be ore warie but next driver did apologise.. n meal was re...delivered unfortunately 2 hours later.

Placed order to be delivered at 17.40 but was delivered just before 17.20. That's the 2nd time my order has been delivered early. The last time was 10 minutes early.

Ordered food for delivery @ 17.20 but food was delivered a few minutes before 17.00. When I answered the door, I said to the driver he was 20 minutes early he shrugged his shoulders & said "yes", hander me the food & then returned to his vehicle. Poor customer service!!!
